By using and visiting this website (collectively, including all Content available through the http://www.channelsonline.tv domain name, the "Site"), you signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions (the "terms") and the terms of Channels Online TV’s Privacy Policy, which is published at http://www.channelsonline.tv/privacy, and which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Site.

3. Description of Site
Channels Online TV selects English-language factual web TV channels from around world. Channels Online TV shows the home page of each website, with a brief description and link to the website. Users can then exit the Site and utilize the third-party website at their discretion. Users may also rate each channel, send private comments to Channels Online TV, or suggest other web TV channels to be included on the site.
Channels Online TV may provide you with additional custom services upon your request and agreement with Channels Online TV. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Site, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the terms.
4. Site Access
